VP Brand - Vattenfall

The European energy market is transforming – substantial investments into renewable energy is changing the market dynamics. The business models in the energy industry are changing dramatically. Vattenfall is one of Europe’s largest energy companies and want to be front runners in this new emerging market. Paco Liebrand is Vice President Brand and is responsible for the equity and performance of Vattenfall Group’s brand portfolio including brand strategy, performance and communication, sponsorships and brand experiences.

In this role he has a clear focus on making the brands work harder for the Vattenfall businesses across Europe. A recent highlight for Vattenfall is the rebranding of the Nuon brand in The Netherlands leading to significant increases in brand KPIs and NPS scores.

Paco has a background in branding and leadership functions across different industries and geographies and most recently in in Japan Tobacco based in the Republic of China, Taiwan.
